T350 windscreen washer problem

has anyone had issues with the windscreen washers? the black pipe keeps coming off every time i use them on one of the wipers? i have pushed it on as far as i can but every time i use them it comes off.....any ideas on a good fix

Used to happen on mine all the time, especillay when filling the washer bottle. I used a cable tie and where the 2 pipes join and had no further issues.

cut the tube back around half an inch and push it back in
cable tie for extra security
