Richard (Biggriff) supplied me with this piece of kit, was a bit fiddley fitting new gaitors but easy job to fit the console (drill two holes), im happy with how it looks and the quality of it, at first i thought it might be uncomfortable swapping from the softer 'leather' but its fine and as i have the targa roof the inside of my panels are carbon and it all goes quite together nicely.

It really has to be seen in the flesh, as with most things pictures don't do them any justice, sat in the car it looks fine with the carbon roof and black steering wheel, i do agree that a surround for the cd player or perhaps the steering column in carbon would help blend it in better, (bearing in mind i have the carbon airbox and spark plug cover already so dont want to overdo it) Biggriff will need to fill you in on the cost and weight info.

Horrible!
It might be fancy, expensive, carbon fibre, but it is basically hard plastic.
Nasty, too shiny to rest your arm on and if knock your elbow on that and you'll know about it! No doubt it will rattle as well.
If they put nasty hard plastic in a cheap Korean car, you would laugh but you've basically done the same thing.

Nope it does not rattle, it feels solid actually, if it felt like cheap plastic or was any less comfortable than before i would remove it.It might be fancy, expensive, carbon fibre, but it is basically hard plastic.

It was a prototype and Hollowpockets volunteered to be the guinea pig.
Retail I am guessing would be some where just short of £400.
We can produce whatever people want if there is a market and I think it would look good with carbon dash and door panels, but it requires a fair bit of investment in the moulds for low volumes which has an adverse effect on price, hence why we have moved to bigger volume products where the initial investment can be justified (or where I can get things for my own toys).

What about a TVR spec seat - there are hundreds of Chim,Griff,Cerb and T car owners now and in the future that would love a decent seat option - its very limited due to narrow fit and the ones that do fit can be a bit cheapo looking. As most TVR orognal seats can be swapped between cars one size could fit all if the styling was right - sporty, with improved side support but keeping the upmarket interior look and feel.worth a look? Could you offer a package with the ex factory trimmers that have set up as this also seems to be an issue on new seat options?

What's the lay-up of the tunnel? Is it purley carbon or is it backed up with pre-preg glass? How many layers is it?Retail I am guessing would be some where just short of £400.
