Radweld - would you?

Got a small leak on the end cap by the looks. Would anyone use this in a 2 week interim before it goes in for a 6K service and new Rad?

I wouldn't. Think about the way it gunks up the holes ... it isn't intelligent so it will gunk up other bits of the cooling system too. OK in a Ford el cheapo engine, but not in an engine like this IMO.

I did and wouldnt again, for a start it didnt stop the leak i had, then after replacing the radiator i found it had gunked up inside the coolant hoses/pipes, can imagine it would make a mess of the engines inside aswell.

I wouldnt, just keep topping her up till she goes in. Its only a couple of weeks.
