Who's got the highest miles on their Sagaris?

Hi,

Just a quick poll of Sagaris owns and there current mileages. As I`m looking to get a Sag soon I see alot with 12k->15k and wonder is this 'average' now? (I`ve been looking for a sub 10k beast )

Can you list your mileage and any issues you`ve had (major ones)

I bought mine on 400, just done 2K.

I can't comment on issues as the ones I get on mine wont apply to production models and vice versa.

Got mine a 8000 miles and have done just over 14000 miles with no problems, and a few track days to boot.

Thanks for the information so far, its very interesting that most people are sub 10k at the moment.

Like to see a few more 10->20k reports but the forum is pretty devoid of 'my Sagaris S6 blew up at 1x,000 miles'

Mines got 4150 on it - only had it a week and done only 150 miles. Already had one major problem though - being able to sleep at night!! Just too excited knowing weekend is coming

24K miles, no issues other than a new clutch (probably due to too much city traffic driving at one point)
This is a March 06 car...its the other halfs daily driver ...its done a fair few track days too, has low oil consumption and runs like a dream. You know when it needs a service though - generally around the 5K mile mark it starts to need a bit of throttle for a cold start and the idle adjusting every service, but other than that its fine (fingers crossed !)

At Hexham for 30K service as we speak. Clutch depends on usage - as above. Check engine mounts , all three Sags so far have had same problem. Other than that, minor issues, easily rectified, superb car.

And full marks to Hexham all the way: nothing short of brilliant: informative, great support and advice, excellent service.

Feb 06 5k done. Slight weep from clutch slave which I may have sorted when it's serviced next month but otherwise no issues.

Engine continues to free up gradually and progressively, making it more fun to drive as time goes by.

16k on mine - 2005 car - no problems with it - clutch still fine....

Bought in April 07 on 17k now on 37k.

No issues other than flat battery after holiday, Lives on the street and starts every time i need her.

Good to hear. Has it required any extra tappet checks done, or just each big service?

I've only got just over 3K on my Sag spec engine, so if it does not require extra adjustments I will be happy.
