Help - can't get in

The window in the passanger door of my T350 has not dropped enough for a while so it is not been possible to open. It is due to go to Racing Green to get it sorted next week.
Now for some unknown reason my drivers door has stopped working altogether. I know there is a way of opening the doors without the button but obviously it is not good to dicuss on here.
Would someone be kind enough to PM me how to release the door?

not sure about the driver's side, but if the window moves at all on the passenger's side, try to open a few times in quick succession (close the door properly each time) if it doesn't open after about 5 attempts press the button to open, then yank door very hard.
The window should have enough space to flex a bit and pop out.
MAKE SURE THE WINDOW HAS DROPPED A BIT THOUGH BEFORE YANKING THE DOOR.
Works for me if I've ever left the car for a while.

Have had a similar problem on occasion with mine, the window sometimes doesn't open when trying to open the door but would be fine otherwise.
Eventually had the idea of using a long poky thing (broom handle with a rubber cap on the end) to reach through from the boot to push the electric window button so the window drops enough to open the door - easy!
(Of course, will only work if the window motor etc is ok - if not can't help, sorry)
