Hi Chris, I have a close ratio T5 box with a straight cut 5th gear in the Tasmin racer. The scream when in 5th gear is horrendous, like 10 old metros red lining in first gear. Nothing wrong with it, its just extremely noisey. Not sure if I could live with it in a road car.

Next track day is at Oulton Park with the Monster.com guys on the 29th of Feb. Mike Caine will be there giving us some instruction, and, by golly, I need it!

Then I will be in the TVRCC Speed Championships at Croft on Easter Bank Holiday Monday doing a spot of sprinting
