Drivers Window not dropping

Had my T350 for almost two weeks and now I can't get into the drivers side. The Drivers window seems to be continually trying to go up and when the door release mechanism is pressed (under the wing mirror) the window does not drop enough to get the door open. You can hear clicking all the time even when the window is raised. If you wind down the window it automatically raises itself again. (almost seems as if the button is stuck and is always trying to wind the windows up).

Any suggestions as to what it may be and how to get into the car without breaking the window.

I`d be concerned this doesn`t burn out your window motor (if its attempting to close the window all the time)

I have no idea but if you can get the door open, would removing the door trim help?
At least you could see and get to the motor etc.
This comes off via underneath the door, 3 bolts if I recall.
Failing that the operating button, but I'm not sure how that removes.

ive had a similar problem on my sag ie the window wont drop when i want to get in.there is a ecu in the drivers footwell by the accelerator i found this to be my problem you could try that but dont know if its the same as the t350

T350 door ECU same as sag
its worth a unplug, wait and re-plug in, not done this, but try swap from passenger side?

How did u fix the problem? Just unplug it for a while?

If the window motor is continually being driven, it's surely worth pulling the fuse while you at least consider your options? (at least if you can leave the car somewhere with the passenger door open or boot open or something)

Isn't there a problem with the buttons sticking because the silver buttons are just caps on the originals. Was around here somewhere, you need to remove the radio to get to them?

i had to change it 4 another.you could try passenger one but i think it under center console and was told its a ba***** to get to

Its the door 'Mirror ECU' under the centre console that a ba*****.

The passenger door ECU is like the drivers one just tucked in behind the carpet

When car was locked it did not try to continually lift the window. I did however manage to find that the switch had stuck. Was going to take this apart but found that after a couple of hours it had released it again. I sprayed WD 40 over the switch. It seems to be ok but will have it checked as it is likely to happen again. I think it could have been the cold weather affecting the switch itself.
