All arches resealed, new cans, general clean, sharks teeth back to how they should be and a polish!

Very nice.. I like the yellow writing on the wheels - is this just painted on? Years ago I used to paint the lettering but the chav's decided its nice to kick it off in car parks

The original underseal was never put on correctly as the wheel arch fibreglass was too smooth for a good bond.
Process:- all wheels off up on axle stands hand wash all the arches twice and dry off. Light sanding of all inner arches and wash again. Dry off and complete with hardryer to ensure absolutely no moisture after a couple of days. Mask paintwork and apply underseal containing waxoyl.
Also good time to clean brakes suspension and waxoyl any other chassis components.

Stunning car but I must be missing the point - underseal on fibreglass? Is it just for sound deadening or what?

No its to protect the inner arch from stones and road cack. If it were the same colour as the body it would be peppered in a week as it would be if it were painted black - hence underseal!
