Tamora radiator removal.

The Tamora`s rad has a small pin prick hole in the side ally casing and is sending out a fine spray, i have found a company who will repair it, how ever i need to remove the rad, i have had a recce and think it will drop down and out of the car after taking off the small undertray, and jacking up the front, has any one had any experience of removing the radiator from the Tamora? It looks like it should be easier than on a Sag/T350.
Any tips/pointers?

No Wessex Radiators in Burseldon,real Fred in a shed job but came recommended by Mick from his E-Type days, took it in at 11.30 phone call at 3.0pm "all done for you sir specialist repair that will be £30 please" Pretty good so far, the proof will be in the pudding this summer when it 80/90d outside and your stuck in traffic!! You ever tried that "water wetter" stuff?
Will try and stick it back in tomorrow and try and bleed the system which is a right pig apparently

I have a tube of rad weld you can borrow My uncle used it on his 1.7 diesel Cav, so it should be good enough for the Tam, although you will have to drive round with the heater on and make sure you have a 5 litre bottle of water.

Worth remembering that, £30 is pretty good in this day and age for any kind of service .
Never used water wetter myself, just use good quality antifreeze to stop it furring up on the inside, but don't overdo the strength as it actually reduces the waters cooling capacity.

Mike is that from the job lot of Halfrauds stuff you have in the garage, if so I think they may have sold you a pup as proper radweld comes in bottles not tubes
