Advice Needed T350 immobiliser Issue

Hi folks...

Need some advice if anyone has any idea's.

My T350 is just sat there with the red immobilisier light on not starting. I have tried to lock / unlock from the key, it locks and unlocks (lights flash etc) however the small red light where the override port is that usually flashes is just solid.

I have tried the override fob that comes with the key however no response.

I'm sure this is an immobiliser issue as the electrics all work. When I turn the key however, no starter motor and no sound of the fuel pump.

Has anyone ever had this?

I had something like this on mine when I had a dodgy connection on the battery.

I'd suggest disconnecting the battery and then reconnecting. That should at least reset the alarm/immobiliser. You'll probably still need to find the fault that caused this though.
