T350 Fuel filler Surround

Hi I have looked through some old forums and can't find what Im looking for so apologies if this has been answered before.

The fuel filler surround has come loose again, does anyone know the best thing to use to glue it back on? Its a 2003 T350c, I have read that some have been screwed on but mine has no holes, just old glue! As if re-fueling alone wasnt hard enough!
