Adjustable Suspension settings (and potholes)

Hi

I have just had Gaz Golds fitted to my Tamora and the four wheel geo carried out. Whilst much better on most roads it is still crashing through pot holes and crappy road surfaces around town.

To be fair the roads near me are dire, which when combined with 18" wheels and hardly any tyre is never going to be good, but surely it can't be expected to be this bad.

Currently the shocks are on the suggested default settings, 12 off soft on the front, 18 off soft at the back.

Any ideas on the above from any Gaz Gold users, or others with adjustable suspension, much appreciated.

Those settings are fast road and are fairly stiff for serious potholes, turn the dampers down 2 clicks all round and if still too crashy, give me a call and I'll revise spring rates for you.
