Given that it was built 3 years ago, has been sat in a car showroom without a battery and probably never had any servicing (change of fluids etc).
I would have thought that 28k ish after a lot of sorting by HHC and a full 2 year warranty would be more like it.

Almost 40k is too much for me. I am aware it is a "piece of history" but the 18k increase over a low mileage 2005 car with a years warranty is too much. I would have thought sitting for 3 years would be a negative as opposed to a positive.
Has it been regularly started? If you are not supposed to sit with them warming up then it should have been driven, so whats the mileage.... Have the wheels been rotated? Where/how has it been stored?
The only benefit I can see is the 08/58 plate, but isn't that more likely to make people think that it is an overpriced 2005/6? Even the people who confuse a Tamora for an MGF seem aware TVR stopped making cars a few years ago.

Speaking of potentially unpopular colours, I am not sure the colour of the Ebay Tamora is the most desireable...

The problem with Drivestyle (as opposed to the old HHC) is that they dont like to buy cars anyway. A lot of the cars they have they are selling on commission. Which also means they are pretty hopeless on p/x (from what I've been told by people who have tried to have a deal). The last built? I've just had an email from Racing Green (who supplied my Tam) that not only is mine the last built, but the only one built in 2006.
Apparently they've just received some production data which confirmed what I'd been told about mine being the last, and added th ebit that no others were constructed in 2006.
Dunno how accurate the data RG have received is, but I would certainly question the claim of "the last built" on this ad.
