Had a little peeky under the TAM this evening
and notice that there are signs of the slightly
red stuff appearing, just service rust it looks...

It's a '04 plate so guess I should look to have the
underneath WAX oiled to protect it good and propa !

Whats other peeps been doing ?

I don't like the sound of service rust - do you have to pay for it to be put on? Was it an option on later cars?
I find it best not to look

I had my Griff done thought it all looked a bit messy but beleave you can get it done in a clear wax now

I had mine wax oiled a couple of weeks ago, cost £82.50+VAT also had some flaky bits of sealing material under the wheel arches repaired

had mine waxoyled 3 months ago, its a 2004 car and i thought its time to get it done, and pleased with the result !
i paid £300 for a clean down and application , rolex got his done for £82.50 which seems a bargain, where did you get it done, and was the job carried out ok

It was done at Prestige Performance Cars once TMS the former TVR dealer
http://www.ppctvr.co.uk/. I have not checked to see how thoroughly its been done but it certainly smells nice once the engine is warmed up.
