creaking suspension

having driven in some pretty poor conditions over the last few months, my suspension has started to creak when i go over bumps. also, i think there's a squeak coming from one of the engine mounts as i can hear it even when stationary.

is there fairly easy access to lubrication points or should i get my garage to look at it?
