dragging clutch

My clutch is starting to drag a little(it's done 28,000 miles) which makes it harder to put in gear when stationary.
Any ideas of the problem or is it simply time for a replacement clutch plate?

It could be your slave cylinder weeping and not getting full travel, That was the problem when i couldn't get gears easily.

Had the clutch changed anyway though due to contamination.

For what it's worth I went for the Clever trevor upgrade kit, Feels great now

had the same problem, few of the clutch fingers had snapped which made mine harder to select gears. e.g. to get it into 1st sometimes i would have to half go into 2nd and then it would go fine into 1st.
