Evening all

Made a slight "miscalculation" on the amount of oil she needed to have topped up and now have more than the max it seems.

The manual reckons the excess will just become wasted but wanted to check i've not royally mucked it up...

Anyone been a donut like me and had the same issue? it work out ok?

absolutely no problem at all, assuming you haven't brimmed it right to the neck. And even if you have, I can't think you'd run into a huge problem. Siphon some out of you're really worried.

Just a curious question, does your oil pressure on the dash pod read higher than normal?

Hi...

I read somewhere it's a dry sump, not a problem to over fill.

I did same as you Months back, oil above the max level, been fine including a recent check at Dreadnought garage.

Cheers
