Yes thats correct. Down where your right foot is. Mine came away to, if it wont restick you could try wedging it with a bit of rubber or something against the pedal box.
Yep, ECU cover in drivers footwell. You may ned to cut this down to make it fit correctly and put a couple of self tappers in it as well. I have done this on all 3 of my TVr's and it has worked fine.
