I'm after a Tamora and looking for a nice one. Can anyone recommend any?

My Tamora's up for sale - on Pistonheads and Autotrader.

LINK: Its fast and blue and more reliable than a Honda Accord diesel

So as not to fall foul of the moderators, I won't wax lyrical here about its many virtues - please see the ad or e-mail me / call me for more info. Suffice to say that its low mileage, great condition and warrantied. Open to sensible offers but not in any rush to sell - hence the emphasis on SENSIBLE offers!

Even if you aren't interested in my own car, you are making a fantastic decision to go for a Tamora - they're intoxicating. Unless you need back seats

Very nice car but the 16"s put me off - sorry just being honest.
Slap some 18"s on there and someone will bite your arm off.

I would bite his arm off with or without 18" alloys if I had not already got the most awesome tamora

I agree with Bartesque, this looks cheap to me already so having to stump up for a set of 18's wouldn't seem the end of the world. I would have thought a 2004 with 14 thousand miles would be the other side of 20k.....

I don't disagree totally but the last thing I would be looking to do when buying a new car would be to head straight to the stealer for a major mod or expense I should say both in time and cost.... if it ain't right to start with then it's not for me

I must confess that I am surprised at the 16s putting buyers off - granted the 18s look better, but I thought it was a widely accepted fact that the 16s drive better. And here was me thinking that TVRs were bought for driving.....
Maybe track driving is different, but I only use mine on public roads.

If you must, consider it an excuse to pay Silverstone Performance a visit for some brand new wheels which are even better than Spiders..... and you wouldn't need to worry about the suspension as its already got Gaz Golds!!

Yes, it does have aircon, but because I've never got round to having it regassed I thought I'd better not list it as a feature.
I've never seen the need to have it - if its that hot I just take the roof off / open the windows.
(I do live in Scotland, remember. As a trade-off for having the best driving roads in the UK, we have to put up with the worst weather...)
