Door rubbing

Hi, I've just had a service done on my T350 and asked for the drivers door to be adjusted as it didn't pop open.
It now does but the door is to far back and has rubbed the paint off the door and B post on the way home.
Any ideas on how it can be adjusted?

I know I should take it back but they are in Coventry and I am in Portsmouth - 300 mile roundtrip for a door adjustment!

Take it to a local dealer and send the bill to Coventry for the door adjustment and re-spray.
