Got shouted at in the Petrol Station!

Went to fill up the car earlier, and it seems to just take petrol on half throttle on the pump, so was standing there chatting to my dad, whilst filling up.. I was at the 'Pay at Pump' so had already put in the credit card, so didnt need to go in to pay etc..

Fair enough i put in about £46 but the wifey in her Ka behind me was going mental! Gestures and shouting etc.. Never seen anything like it!

Saying that, last time at the station, one guy asked me loads of questions!

The behaviour of some people in this day and age is nothing short of a disgrace. I was at a petrol station a few days ago and cars were converging on the pumps from all angles with angry looking drivers. A complete lack of manners and courtesy. I dread to think what it would be like in a serious petrol shortage........mad max comes to mind

Agree, yesterday I was filling my car, when a white van driver went mental at a women who he seemed to think had pushed in. He was extremely aggressive and menacing, at one point I thought he was going to open her door, she just drove off without filling her car. I kept an I eye on him because if he had tried to assault her, he would have got the biggest shock of his miserable life

A few days ago in our local BP station, I started the Tamora up after filling her up with petrol and gave a few bleeps on the throttle only to be greeted with a sarky comment from some Tt filling his car up "feel better now do we" in which I replied yep, and let him have it with a few more blips on the throttle.

I pulled into a petrol station a couple of months ago and was waiting for a pump when this guy in a van started reversing, I gave him a couple of 'friendly' toots to let him know I was there, he started mouthing something and when he got to the pump he got out and started giving me dirty looks, I let him carry on, when a pump became free I pulled up, got out and went and had a chat with him, I told him I only hooted him to let him know I was behind him, his attitude soon changed and he said no its ok I knew you were there and it was no problem, the fact is he wasn't even looking behind him!

What’s the matter with everyone these days? This country really is going to pot!
