Flap box! behind air con expansion valve

Hi all,

Been reading the air con and hot air piece put together by john, my sag seems to have all the things in the right place but it is not making any diffeence to hot air coming through the top and bottom vents.

I want to know where the flap box is so I can see if it is faulty or it has come off its motor. Can someone tell me where it is or even better a picture, I can not find the air con expansion valve or pipes but then again i don't really know what I am looking for!
