Help with F RAM FAILED

Hi all,hope someone can shine some light on problem I have with my late 03 T350T.
System fault 146 F RAM FAILED and CLOCK FAILED are the warnings that are showing and also the milliage has been reset to ZERO.
I have replaced the battery in the dash ECU a CR2032, the old one was knackered which kept the handbrake, lights and display warnings lights on even when the keys were out of the ignition!
This subsequently flattened the main battery.
The conclusion is that the new dash battery has allowed the car to shut down correctly ie no handbrake,lights on and other warnings on.
The car starts and runs fine,all instruments working perfectly,oil temp, pressure etc all ok
however the f ram failed and clock failed warnings are still there as is the zero milliage.
Does this sound like a trip to TVR to reset bits and bobs or something more serious?
Any thoughts or advice would be greatfully received.

I had exactly the same problem with my T350C (late 2004).
The interior and exterior lights remained on, flattened the battery and I had to push the thing out of the garage. The battery quickly then refused to take a charge and I had to take the wheel off to investigate.
The upshot of it all was the thing was taken away by David Gerald on their flatbed truck. They spoke to TVR and they sent a new ECU. After a begging letter from me TVR agreed to supply it free-of-charge (6 months out of warranty, first TVR, very disappointed, blah, blah, blah). David Gerald still charged me £400 for pick up and fitting, even though I bought it new from them 18 months previously. Wonderful.
Worked fine from then on until I sold it.
Good luck with yours, but I have a suspicion that a new ECU is required.

I had the dreaded FRAM error after I changed my battery.
I was told it would be an ecu fault that the local dealer had to send back to factory to have reset.
After talking to Heath at factory, he said it would be ok to drive & it was booked in for a quick turnround. 30mins iirc

I understand from speaking to the guys at Automedon in Blackpool that there is no longer such a thing.. a reconditioned ECU maybe.. but these are becoming as rare as rocking horse poo also.
I had problems with my ECU and Automedon sent it away to TVR Power for me. I know obviously TVR Power have probs now with the fire but I understand that they are good with ECU repairs.
