t350 tyre recommendation

apologies if this subject has been done death.
currently have the usual 222/40/18 fronts and 235/40/18 rears.
I have eagles on front and proxies on the back, question is I have seen some continental tyres at good prices, speed rating same.
Should I stick with whats on or change brands?.......Is there a differrence amoungst the main brand manufacturers? or is it just preference and cost.

Not an expert on the subject, always changed like for like. Standard eagles all round here. Not heard of any particular make that is better for normal road use
