Sagaris rear lights

Hi,
Does anyone know where there rear brake/side lights come from on the Sag ?
I want to replace the single filament lamps in mine with dual filament to give two side and brake lights each side.
I'm hoping there is a different lamp holder available which will take the dual filament lamps.

Hella are the manufacturer. Think Demon Tweeks sell the range of them £14.00 ish.

it may take some time but you will eventually find the TVR fitted part

You will get to this part number 2DA 008 221-167 Stop Light

The rest maybe be time consuming but its likely to be there somewhere

I never knew you could have so many variations for brake/tail lights.

I am really amazed someone has not made some Led lights for the rears of the Sag or the 350. I know I would buy some straight away as I think the car is really missing something here. When I get time I may look into how you do it.

I know Keith (with the loud red Sag) jas fitted Vectra high level brake lights into each of his rear sagaris lights at the top (the rectangular bit) and they look really good - this may be a easier option for you.

I'm not a fan of Led lights at all. I'm sure there are really good ones somewhere which don't suffer from being highly directional but i've never seen any.

Not really bother about changing the look of the car just want to improve visibility so have decided to go for 2 brake and side lights each side. Ideally want to just change the lamp holder and a bit of re-wiring to fit dual 5W/21W lamps in all positions so currently checking the Hella site which is huge.
Other option is to fit single filament 21W lamps in all brake/side lights and dim them to same brightness as 5W when only sidelights are on. I could've done this far quicker than the time I've spent looking on the Hella site...but only recently thought of it. I'll get there eventually.
