Beeps on engine shutdown?

Hi all.

Not sure if this is a new development but I've only noticed this in the last couple of days.

Basically when I turn the ignition off I get 5 or 6 'bleeps'.

Is this normal? Do they have any significance?

Ah, that ties up nicely... I've only just got around to putting the face off in the car
