Seats - Too big for car?!

Is it just mine or do all T350's seats turn 'in' slightly... what i mean by that is if you stand outside the front of the car and look through the front window, the seats look as though they are turning in slightly, almost like they are too wide to fit in the space allocated to them!?
Yes, to clear the roll cage padding.
I took my seats out and removed the spacers TVR fit (look underneath - you will see them). They still fit fine and are now more level (although not 100% since the chassis/floor goes up a little on the outer edge. It has completely stopped that odd feeling you get of leaning on the transmission tunnel all the time.

The roll cage cramping inside the 350 put me off buying one.
That and the fact that I couldn't get in it without bending in 2 planes at the same time.
Is the 'in your face' roll cage really necessary in that car?
I'm sure I'm just a safe in a Tam.

I'm 6ft 5 and fit in a T350 just fine with no 'close' feeling from the roll cage. Its no different to get into than a Tamora with the roof on. I have a slightly thinner seat cushion which helps me (long body).
You just unbolt the seats from under the car (lie down and reach under - no ramp needed). Careful taking them out/putting them in as the bolts will tear the trim if you're clumsy. turn the seat upside down and you'll see what needs to be done. The spacers can easily be seen by putting your head in the footwell and looking under the seat with a torch.
