Crashed and burnt

My wife passed a crased and burnt out T350 on the M58 this afternoon , nothing much left of it. heavy rain and my brother in law had crashed in exactly the same spot a couple of years earlier the motorway was closed for about 45 mins but she thinks the driver was ok I hope so.
Was the car from Formby by any chance
