Rear view mirror auto dimming

Hi, does anyone know whos rear view mirror and fitment is used in the T350 as Iam thinking of replacing it with a auto dimming one but need to know what fitting it is as they dont list anything for TVR

I have bought one of these,they supplied me a universal clip you stick to yor screen.Will be fitting it this week end

Ok let me know how you go on, sound a good idea as we are sat a lot lower than the average car so the glare of some headlights can be anoying.Didnt know weather it would fit stright on or not?

I'm interested as well. Have you given any thought to how to run the cables and where to pick up the ground and switched ignition?

I guess that it's going to be easy enough to run the cables along the rollcage, just intersted in how you get from the midpoint of the top bar to the mirror in a tidy manner?

Would be great to see some pictures!

Pick up a switched ignition off the back of the radio live feed, and as you say cables easily go along the roll cage routing, just be carefull removing the trim.

Use a rigid piece of nylon to push/get down the windscreeen pillar

Fitted the mirror today 2hr in total,the hardest bit was getting the old metal bracket off the windscreen to stick the new one on.My car is a targa so i removed the center rollcage trim only to find a message from the factory in marker pen saying "kyle loves lee"
Mirror works fine and the map lights are a bounes

Good, how did you get the old bracket off the screen? did you have to warm it up or just "pop" it off?. Also is it a two part glue they supplied you with to re-glue the new bracket on,and where did you pick your live feed up from?

First tried a cutting blade but no good so got some cheese wire and two vise grips and did it that way.Dont try to pry it off you could crack your screen.Took my live feeds off my interior light and ran the wires along the roll cage.The glue they supply is a two part glue very easy to use.
