rear diffusser fixings

recently purchased a new diffuser for the t350.
Couple of questions:

At the bottom of the diffuser where the flanges either side fix to the main body; do they have a rubber bush between the flange and body?

Also the 2 brackets on the underside of the vehicle, how do they attach to the diffuser bottom panel? Are they attached below or above?

apologies if its a little unclear but maybe someone can take a quick look as I am pretty sure I wont find one to compare in my local supermarket car park

Above

I also replaced the screws and washers with stainless ones (very cheap from screwfix) to make later changes easier.

What year is your car? If a 2003 it may not have been updated to have the correct bracket
