paint code needed - jaguar f1 racing green

i will have a look might be monday though, although it is listed as jaguar f1 green there is no cross reference to jaguar so it might be a tvr only formulation. if you could get me the last 4 numbers of that sagaris chassis no from the dealer that would help me

Having noe spoken to Racing Green themselves, it turns ut that the paint is an in house custom mix and is therefore very expensive. perhaps an investment not best suited to a race car!I may have to try something similar (and cheaper)

i have found a formulation if you want it.

is it sherwood green ?

HI PM.
The formula would be handy - the colour isnt sherwood, its apparently a one off - but im sure it was on more than one car.

It was also used on Phil Keen's Racing Green sponsored Tuscan (now Sam Head's) and Racing Green's Caterham R400....

i have been told that the colour was formulated by racing green, so it might be worth a phone call to them, i know there is a waterbase formulation for it because we tried to paint one at the factory but for coverage reasons it was unsuccsessful, anyway i will email you a solvent formula.

I spoke to them and £400 a litre ( supply only) is more than I wanted to spend on a race car!
