Where is the open tarmac

The public roads are a no no. The race tracks won't let me on becuase I am too loud. So, I am looking to you guys and gals. Anyone know of some open expanses of tarmac which are accessible and unused? If you do not want to give away your special spots I understand but if someone is willing to share the fun then please PM me and we can talk covertly as it were to avoid a crowd etc

Somewhere in Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire would be nice as these are the local counties.

I am not looking to annoy or stress anyone out by being a fool. I am just looking for somewhere that I can express the cars true abilities without being illegal or having to pay race track fees. Surely, surely someone can help me.

I think you are probably right. Any ideas as to who to get to make the silencers? Do they come of the shelf anywhere? Looks like the local lorry park for now then.
