Graham's Cool Cabin Ventilation Tip

After reading through bits and pieces of Graham's most excellent manual, i thought i'd try and adjust the Flap Zero setting to see if i can get rid of the overheating from footwell and dash top vents.

Graham's Sag seemed to have worked at setting 26, but my T350 is not playing ball, i've tried a few around the late 20's, some feel a bit cooler, but definitely still warm air in the lower and upper vents (the 3 central vents are ok), I was wondering which settings people have had success with, are the T350s set slightly different from the Sags?

I will try a few more settings over the next few days, just don't want to keep firing her up every two mins at the mo!

Nope there is no rule on what the settings should be, mine is in the 30's. If you ever need to take the heaterbox apart you will see why they can be so different (the pics of the heater box is my car taken apart).

Make sure you have the panel in the front of your car near the fans, my mates car did not have it so we made him one.

It really is trial and error and takes time but it will work from you.

tried it in the 30's and it seems MUCH cooler now... cheers!
