I had my standard exhaust tested at Snetterton last week and it was 98dB
Steve, what is the limit at Snetterton? Op, i shouldn't think it would pass, you might get lucky though depending on the limit at an individual track.
I have the TVR back box and it defenetly has failed on all track days, so I have had the silencers made and still on some track I get BLACK FLAGED on the drive past, the sound meters!
Still go for the back box as it makes the car sound simply awsome. Good point is that if you still fail the noise test at least it saves you trashing your car around a track.

I just had a look at the ACT website and they do do silencers and they also do silencers to fit any tail pipe, bore etc, would these not work?
Thanks for that just had a look,i will give them a call this week and see what they say,if not i will just put the old box back for the day.Having tested my Tamora at the weekend and running at 108-109db I need to get hold of some trcakday silencers
How did you get on with act?
