Sagaris Anti Roll Bar

Some advice needed, I removed front ARB to get bead blasted and powder coated. Also replacing drop links with Steve Heath units.

I refitted ARB over weekend, question - how easy should it be to move the roll bar up and down by hand? Mananged to pull bar down but it took all my strength to move back up into position. Ended up slackening two bolts either side that hold poly bushes into chassis. Should I use copper slip?

In comparison the rear ARB (minus drop links) moves easily by hand.

I suspect that the new powder coating is slightly thicker than the original and it is this that is causing the tightness. The ARB needs to be firm so that it doesn't move instead of twisting so I would tighten it back up rather than leave loose. I suspect that a touch of grease would help as well.
