Battery discharging overnight?

Had my T350t almost a year now with no issues, fantastic machine, big improvemant over my Chimaera.
Car was laid up over the winter on a trickle charger. Had it's first run out for the Celtic Gathering in March with no issues. Put the car back in the garage on return from the event, following week end the battery was fully discharged.
Anyway, to cut a long story short (I know there is a pun there and no doubt some of you will pick-up on it), after the usual numerous checks to see if anything had been left on, a fully re-charged battery was re-connected and next day same issue. So suspected the battery was no longer holding it's charge, a new battery was purchased and fitted, everything seemed OK, car started etc, 13.6V on the dashboard at 1500rpm, next day fully discharged again.
Only thing I have changed on the car is the radio/CD head unit. Therefore removed the unit, re-charged the new battery, re-fitted, everthing again appeared OK but next day, fully discharged again.

So, any ideas?

Could be a relay thats shorted to open and its activating "something" but its probably going to be hard to find..

I had something like this on my Tam, the headlights would just come on on their own and kill the battery. I dont know what caused it as it went away on its own but I suspect it was a bit of damp.

If it discharges from full in a 24hr period without the car ever having the engine started, then it's not the 100AMP fuse. If you ran the car in that time, I'd check that first.

Thing to do then would be check the current drain on the battery when the engine's off and the car locked up. If there is a drain, then you've got an open relay/short/similar as KillerJim says. Can be a b*gger to track those down!
