Good news/Bad news

I took my T350 over to Sebring today to have an independant check over following its return from Castle/Power.
On the way there I noticed my voltage at around 11 unless I absolutely floored it when it'd jump to 12.5-13. At the end of the day she wouldn't start and had to be jumped off a booster pack. Looks like my alternator may now be dead and I've had to leave her there to be sorted (Thanks Matt for taking her in whilst you're so busy!!)
Also noticed a rattle from the exhaust and looks like one of the baffles in the mid section silencer has come loose as theres something rattling inside it.

Good news though is he reckons other than that it's a bit of a peach. Sounds great and nothing other than the above requiring any attention.
Finally even better for me I found out it has a hydratrack Diff on it - something I didn't know about when I purchased her.
So georgeous day today and I'm stuck in an Audi diesel again

Interestingly I spotted mine had Hydratrak when I had it up on the hoist to fit my JP. I bet that made you feel a little better anyway.

Make sure you check the 100A fuse before playing alternator changing.

That was checked - Matt took the airbox off and tested with his voltmeter whilst I was stood next to him. He's going to thoroughly investigate before ordering a new one anyhwow.
