... as I did take my T350 for its first proper spin this year after picking it up from a major service--- well done Andy it 
beautyfully and this JP noise- awesome
So why the unhappy face, then???
I drove on the ferry, opened the hatch to get the roof back on walked around the car with my roof panel and BOAMMMM the rear hatch window blew to smithereens - yep you are right nobody touched the car, the window did not fall down, nor did the ferry run aground the bloming thing just disintegrated spontaneously
- so not only do I not have a car again for a while - Autoglass does not stock rear windows 
but they do do windscreens for the T cars- so I have to use a TVR garage which will mean I have to pay the full excess (the insurer does not care whether his preferred repairer can actually solve the problem - if I don't use them the full excess is payable
), won#t affect my NCB, though but still annoying
Apart from that the paintwork is damaged on parts of the rear wings as well
- but will sort that at a diff time - as there are stone chips to the front as well
And the weather is so nice- I consider driving it without the rear window....probably

Can't you get Autoglass to buy the glass from the dealer and then install?
Edited to say, this is what I did with Autoglass when they couldn't find a front screen for mine, I told them where to get it and they purchased it from the dealer and then installed it for me.

Thanks - I did not know that this would be possible - however it mirrors what the guy @ tvr power just has suggested to me- off to Autoglass later today to discuss- i think they have abit cold feet as they don't know what to expect, but I think @ a stretch I could fit it myself....Edited to say, this is what I did with Autoglass when they couldn't find a front screen for mine, I told them where to get it and they purchased it from the dealer and then installed it for me.

I spoke directly to my local branch and told them I knew where I could get the glass if they couldn't get hold of it, he said he will check their system to find where they get them, ten mins later he called back and asked for the number. They were very good and it wasn't a problem with them buying it from the dealer, no doubt they put another 10% handling charge on for the insurance company. I suppose if your guys are not being too helpful it maybe worth trying to get hold of another branch? Good luck with it.

Might be worth asking if the hatch was adjusted during the service? Not to apportion blame, but to see if there's an underlying issue.
I noticed that the hatch on mine has moved slightly since it went for a service - I didn't do it, so unless it's moved on its own it was adjusted by the garage...
Glass does not break like that for no reason - perhaps the hinges are mis-aligned inducing some stress in the hatch which in turn caused it to break?
Worth checking this out before it's replaced IMHO.

My local AG branch will try to source and fit for me- may take a few days, though... at least no insurance hassle if done directly
Thought about some stress/previous crack as well although nobody noticed, hovered the trunk completely full of chips (obviously cut myself...luckyly no blood transfusion necessary, though)

Now the question
The rubber dots on the Allen Key points on the screen look totally old and rotten as well as the paint protector on the upper part of thr screen (T350 pilot will know what I mean) should I put them back on (will need some glue, may well wreck the Allen Bolts), should I try to get new ones (where? or should I not bother (looks actually quite good just with the bolts- a bit more technical) and if the Allen bolts rust replace with stainless steel???????
