Window not working as it should!!!

Hi Guys, Hope someone can help.

The problem I have is with the Passanger window, when you push the button to open the door normally the window drops down a wee bit and the door pops open, well its stopped doing that.
When your in the car the window works fine (Up and Down no problem) and if you lock the car with the window down it still closes by its self.

Anyone have any ideas??

Had the same problem with my tamora when i first purchased it. Took the door card off, three fixings under the door , cleaned all the connections up i could find inside the door and all works ok now .
Have seen a previous thread about resetting by lowering both windows using the central buttons and then using the remote to lock . Apparently resets everything but have never tried it so cannot vouch it works .

Door micro switch? set alarm with door open, does it beep? is the interior light on with door open? if not 90% certain micro switch has moved or is u/s. Remove metal plate and 5 bolts holding lock in to locate. Manually press switch and see what happens.

If the switch is u/s look at my previous postings for the RS part # for replacement (RG sell them too IIRC but are more expensive)
