Sagaris European road trip

I'm taking the Sag down to the South of France for about 10 days, leaving 19th April.

Day 1 Folkestone - Sancerre

Day 2 Sancerre - Millau

Day 3 Millau - St Tropez

Can anyone recomend somewehere to stay close to Millau (before you reach the bridge) with secure, TVR friendly parking, that doesn't cost a bomb but at the same time has decent food / wine & is clean.
