Loud rumbling under heavy braking T350

Got loud rumble under heavy braking from high speed,but when speeding up then trying an emergency stop so to say everything seems fine could my front discs be warped?

Drilled discs are pretty noisy when you break hard. Have you only recently noticed it ?

Yeah only noticed it yesterday,but never before just a bit concerned the thing is it's fine under normal braking....

My T350 is doing the same, I know the brakes are fairly worn though so hence the reason for mine. I also suspect them to be warped...

Both very tell tale signs of a looming replacement I believe.

Mine has only done about 3000 miles since i got it was also serviced at the same time and in total its only got 9200 miles on the clock!!!!

Take the wheel off, rotate the disk if it's not obviously warped you might need to fix a point and measure the gap to disk. (use a Dial Test Indicator if youve got access to one!)This should at least answer your warped or not warped question.

wouldn't you feel quite a wobble\vibration through the wheel if they were warped?

You will get a loud (ish) roaring when you brake hard and a little vibration( my 1st experience of what a T350 will do was panic braking from 147mph to 65 mph in 65 metres!) you feel like your face is being pulled off! If you get lots of pedal vibration under light braking then your discs are warped.

By the way mine has about 2000 miles on the clock and has only been really braked that hard once, it was a mind alterring experience , ( I thought 0- 60 in 4.4 was awesome untill I used the brakes!)

If they pull up well on emergency stop they are likely to be fine, IMO.

T350 discs are pretty good and unlikely to warp unless used very hard on track for many laps.

What does happen more often is slight surface corrosion, which can sound grumbly and cause a slight pulsing through the pedal until the pads wear it off - 3 or 4 hard stops from high speed often does it. If it is that, you'd see it as less brightly polished areas on the disc - maybe on the inner side which is hidden. You can speed up removal by using wet&dry paper.
