T350 ride height ?

Ive purchased a set of gaz gold pros to be fitted this weekend with 400/325 springs.
I need the correct ride height or recommended height guys
My car is right up on axle stands at the mo and cant be arsed to put it back on the deck
to measure it
Any help would be most appreciated and any tips on the fitting

You will have to drop the car of the jacks to set the ride height unfortunately, my suggestion is set it to what you like + 10mm(even front and back) remember to ensure tyre pressures are correct too drive it for 100 miles and then get it set up proffessionaly with full corner weighting geo set up. (£140 to £200) The suspension takes time to settle in and doing the full geo straight away is a waste of money. Each spring/shock will "bed in" differently, My car dropped in ride height slowly (GAS GOLD) and handling got progressively worse but not terrible! so don't worry too much at first just measure from chassis to ground to get an accurate ride height either side.

I have got the ride height to 100mm on the front ok
but the rear wont go any lower than 130mm!
Not 100% sure if this is a problem as i dont know
for sure what the STD ride height should be.
Also when the car is off the ground the springs are
loose in there holders by quite a bit but fine when the
car is on the ground.
I do hope they havnt sent me the wrong ones!!!!
On a test drive it seemed great.
Going to call the Gaz help line on monday for a chat

What Oatsy says is absolutely true and its particularly the rears that settle on the T chassis. I don't turn up the shocks too hard after installation and go and find some speed bumps and roundabouts to settle it down.
Mind you my 18st does help somewhat.
