Essentials for New Ownership!

Evening all,
It looks like I'm finally joining the fold this week!!!
Can anyone help with a few things I need to try and sort out with the car and new ownership?
To keep problems down to a bare minimum what do you usually need?
Battery conditioner/Trickle charger? (any particular type?)
Car Cover? - it unfortunately will be on the street at night (any recommended place to get these? I imagine they are T350 specific?)
There is a bit of work required...
Some Front and Rear Paint work - can anyone advise of high quality (while being reasonably priced) paintshops in the SW London area?
Replacement Shocks for the rear - Nitrons - I know these are expensive so any advice on where to go would be appreciated....
I also need replacement glass for the drivers side mirror - any recommended parts places in the area?

I leave my Tam outside. Cover-Zone.co.uk do good covers, I have a 'stormforce' version made to fit the car. Very good but as with all TVR's that get 'covered' if the wind is strong and the microwave is a little sensitive, it sends tha alarm mental.
As for mirror glass, Racing Green TVR, TVR power or Clever Trevor somewhere like that will sort you out.
