Upgrading Speakers

Just replaced my stereo any advice on upgrading the speakers?
Pioneer DEH-P65BT also the ipod adaptor managed to hide that under the glovebox and i can neatly hide my ipod out of sight.
Routed the mic near the mirror controls looks neat.

As Barry said, MB Quart reference stuff is the dogs danglies. Karl did mine at the begining of April. The sould clarity & depth of base is fantastic. You do need a good head unit to hook them up to with a decent power supply in it.

Give Karl a call, he is always willing to talk about what can be done. His passion is audio. Its not cheap (front doors have to have pods fabricated into them) but the quality of his work is excellent and he will only sell you what is needed, nothing more, nothing less.

To name but a few... All of which will easily stand up against, if not better, the MBQuarts.

It all depends on;

What sort of sound are you looking for?
What sort of music do you listen to?
How much power do you have?
What's your budget?

Whatever you choose, I'd try to audition some before you decide. You wouldn't buy speakers for your living room without listening to them first (at least, I hope you wouldn't!) So why do it for your car?

Hi thanks for the advice guys.
All i want to do is replace the 2 speakers with new ones pioneer if poss i was hoping to better the performance as the existing ones don't sound that good.
I relise it won't be that good compared to 4 speakers just a small improvement and i will be happy.
If MB do the same size i would go for that as i had them in the chim and they were great.

The Dynaudio's are fantastic; on the other hand, who cares? I had similar speakers in my Griff but hardly ever used them. My Tuscan is even louder so I just don't bother (have Alpines which are cr*p).
