Tamora Carbon Front Bumper Lip?

Not heard of anybody doing this but sounds like a good idea as mine is also split.
There was a guy who had his diffuser covererd which I also fancied doing perhaps he could get it done.

Mine kept splitting when I Tam.
I finally fixed the problem by opening up the split and kept it held open with a selection of screwdrivers and various wedges. I then removed any loose / flaking material and then filled the gap full of fibreglass resin (no strands, just pure resin & hardener). I then clamped it shut for 24 hours until the resin had well and truly dryed. The split never appeared again as it was properly bonded to... itself.
If you fix it properly, the split shouldn't come back.

Cheers guys, I'll have a look at opening it up and then bonding it back together, thanks for the tip Lee. Just thought a nice carbon fibre cover for it would look great and if it was removable (and affordable enough!!) would be replaceable if it got damaged.

The boys at Esser Works Ltd. did a fantasic job... highly recomended!!!

Hi Chaps,
Mine has done the same and I have just repaired with fibreglass and then re-painted but in a silver grey colour not black. I have had to paint the cenre section also as it split either side of the number plate holder( I think it had a previous repair)

i always fancied a small carbon front splitter on the t350.something that is about 2/3'' and goes around the front of the car,maybe finishing with a shark fin at the ends,a bit like the sagaris,but not as large. has anybody seen this done? if anybody has,could they post a couple of pictures,thanks.

Silverstone TVR had a real carbon front splitter on their Tamora demo which was bonded over the standard chin spoiler and added to frontal downforce. If there is a good demand for these then they must still have the moulds and I'm sure it would be possible to knock a few out.

[/ive seen this before,but im thinking of something,not as crude and the whole way round.

David you need that 4.3 engine upgrade before you need to look at splitters
that will come robert,but only if the engine packs in.hopefully,that wont be for a while.but in the meantime,i'd like to do a few bits and pieces to her over the winter.it stops me from getting bored robert
