Alarm/Immobiliser Problems

Just returned from Le Mans and my journey home was full of alarm and immobiliser glitches

First immobiliser stopped working ... used touchkey: problem solved

Then this stopped working?

Using a combination of both keys & touchkeys (and plenty of swearing!) I managed to get home!

Unfortunately at this stage the alarm was sounding intermittently as the car was running! Also, when I got home it locked us in the car?!

Any ideas, suggestions of Meta experts, etc.?!
