Tamora - Diffuser bolt snapped off !

Was putting on the JP exhaust the other day and decided to make life real easy
by removing the diffuser. Wish I had not as a bolt snapped off, can these be
accessed through the boot as it looks like a 'NUT' inbedded in the
body work or is it a drill out jobbie. Maybe someone can recommend a
cleaner method though as this will need a jack up ! and drill might slip
all over the shop...

That happened on my T350 when i was fitting the JP?

I used a plaster board fixing to rectify the problem, the type tha expand in/ behind the whole when you tighten?

ok - so you drilled the hole lot out, nut and what is left of the
bolt thread...to leave a empty hole.

I didn't ned to droll the hole out, just shoved the fixing in through the nut?

I still have the bolt thread in the nut
as it snapped off...
