Think I got the 350 bug yesterday

im lucky enough to own a t350c and a elise s1.
theyre both very different cars but if you go ahead with an t350,you'll never look back.theyre a great car,make sure it has a tvr history,and try and get one which hasnt been tracked.
make sure it feels nice and tight when you test drive.
i went for the t350c as the elise is a soft top,and i didnt want the wind noise,but its personal choice.you can see it on my profile,last thing,i would recommend joining the tvrcc,you'll get plenty of advice there and the runs are great fun. good luck with your choice,david.

Like others have said, see how the owner or garage treats the car from cold, ask to see it started from cold and see if she smokes. Check the history with previous garages and the later the car the better or if it has had an egine re-build at a reputable garage this is also a good thing.
Tracked cars are not always a bad thing and i wouldn't let this put me off as a lot of these cars are tracked. Usually the cars are more fastidiously looked after if tracked as fluid levels, tyres, brakes etc are checked more often.

I would agree . Tracked cars are usually great cars to buy. Richard from Omex was showing me the kit they fit to the 350 (idle stabilizing) and the one they had in ran like a sewing machine .......

Did you buy yours from Driven Image or Drive Style late last year? Just wandering as I looked at an 05 plate in that colour that was up privately (had approx 12k on the clock) for 19grand. The owner then sold it to said dealer (or put it on SoR). If so just wandering how you've found it as I passed on it for my targa (felt safer buying with dealer warranty).

TBH this one was 19k for a reason (I was being polite in case you had bought it). I paid 3k more for an older car as the 05 reflex one needed a ton of paint, new diff bushes, exhaust mounts, trim repairs, it wouldn't cold idle, sounded rough and the owner used it for a 3 mile commute every day so never properly warmed up. 19k is about what I'd say a good 2003 model is worth.
