Speed bumps - Tamora

OK - living in london I encounter a lot of speed bumps, especially where I live. The type that are in sections, just narrower than your car.
Are the any tips on how to deal with these i.e. one wheel at a time, both wheels together etc.

How well does the car cope with scapes when the inevitable happens...how often do they scrape. Will it happen every time?

Also, if you have a sloped drive, do you recommend reversing it or should be ok just going in forwards?

I have found with a tamora it is best to take the wheels over the bump (you need to drive down the middle of the road) so ideally you need two blobs but this morning the road was narrowed so I just put one side over the hump and it was ok.

Both wheels over the bump or, at the very least, one wheel over the bump one wheel on the road. Very s-l-o-w-l-y... Still manage to ground the nose &/or grind the diffuser on the way down though. Some of the speed humps around East Central are horrendous.

Hi - I have a Tamora and live in London. Not had any probs at all with speed bumps - as suggested, wheels over and slowly is best approach. No scraping encountered. Re Driveways - i tend it come at an angel if possible or reverse up.

Have you got one - or thinking of getting one? Mine lives on the street and the real prob is bumper parking....

I hardly see any in London.

I have a sag and live in London and there is no issue with speed bumps, just take them slow and one wheel at a time. I found my Tam lots higher and much easier to get over them
