LCD relplacement - Tampra (Group buy?)

Hello Guys

I am picking up my new Tam tonight and I know that it needs a new LCD.

If there are a lot of people who need this, should we try to organise another group buy?

I know Lensey did this before and it worked out to about £100.

Does anyone have any instructions on how to acually remove the LCD dash etc?

Does anyone have a spare LCD which they want to sell even?

Wasn't me I'm afraid it was hab1966, the dash pod is easy to remove I'm sure I have some instructions written down somewhere, I'll dig them out.

Just bought my Tam and so this will be my first bit of DIY on it, as all help is much appreciated.
Does anybody have a spare Display knocking around, or know the best place to buy one?
I've looked at Clever Trevor and also TVR power store...any difference in the 2?

Does anybody else need a replacement as well?
